Customization Process:
1. Upon placing your order, kindly email the photos of your pet(s) along with the order number to: petime79@gmail.com.
2. ABOUT PHOTOS: Please ensure that the photos you send us are clear and taken from various angles, preferably in natural light. Including at least one frontal photo is essential. The more images you provide, the better we can capture your pet's unique traits. If there are specific characteristics you wish to highlight, please inform us so we can incorporate them into the portrait.
3. If you have preserved your pet's fur and wish to include it in the portrait, please contact us to obtain the mailing address before the creation process begins.
4. Once the portrait is completed, we will send you photos from different angles for your review. Feel free to inform us of any adjustments or modifications you'd like to make.
（After the photos are sent, if there is no reply or modification suggestion within one week, the delivery will be agreed upon by default.）
5. We welcome all suggestions when it comes to creating the best portrait for your pet
Petime’s Order & Delivery Schedule
To ensure that we are able to best capture the essence of the pet, each portrait's eyes, nose, and other parts are all handcrafted independently per the order. In order to ensure the quality of each portrait, we won’t be able to accept rush orders.
Each portrait will take an estimated 3-8 days to craft depending on the degree of complexity, and we will create them in the order that they were placed by the customer on Etsy.
